Conveyor System

Futansi's conveyor systems ensure reliable, swift, and secure curing processes for UV and LED curable adhesives, coatings, and inks. Comprising a conveyor belt that traverses a chamber equipped with curing lamps positioned above and/or on both sides, these systems facilitate rapid component curing.

Flood Curing System

Futansi's light-curing systems harness the power of medium to high-intensity LED/UV/Visible light for rapid curing of photo-curable adhesives, coatings, and UV inks. These systems feature a modular design, comprising a power supply, reflector housing, shutter assemblies, mounting stands, shields, and optional broad-spectrum curing bulbs, allowing for the creation of a tailored light-curing setup.

Radiometers

Operating UV and visible radiometers is a straightforward process that empowers users to track and record the UV/Visible light curing process effectively. An indication of low UV intensity prompts users to consider replacing the bulb, reflector, or light guide to ensure optimal performance. The degradation of these components can lead to a drop in intensity, which may result in incomplete curing.

Comprising a conveyor belt that traverses a chamber equipped with curing lamps positioned above and/or on both sides, these systems facilitate rapid component curing.

UV LED Flood Curing System

Futansi's UV LED curing solutions harness the power of ultraviolet light-emitting diodes (UV LEDs) as their core illumination source. These systems integrate dozens or even thousands of UV LEDs onto specialized circuit boards, known as LED modules, designed for high performance. By assembling multiple LED modules, they form a light array that can extend from as small as 5cm to as large as 250cm in length, providing flexibility for various applications.

UV-LED Spot Curing System

The UV LED Spot Curing system consists of a controller operated by a footswitch and is expandable to support up to eight LED heads. These LED heads come in wavelengths of 365, 385, 395nm, and 405 nm, and each can be equipped with 1.5/3/4/5/6/7/8/10/12/15/16/20mm diameter focusing lenses.
