Futansi's desktop UV conveyor systems provide uniform, rapid, and secure curing for UV LED curable materials such as adhesives, coatings, and inks. They comprise a conveyor belt that moves through a curing chamber, with LED lamps installed overhead and/or along the sides to ensure efficient curing of products.
Our units come equipped with LED arrays. The conveyors can be configured with a single, double, or quadruple set of UV LED flood lamps to suit diverse curing needs, with the option to add extra lamps for side-cure processes.
These light-curing conveyor systems maintain a consistent transport speed, feature adjustable lamp heights, and offer stable lamp intensity, ensuring reliable and optimized light-curing processes. Futansi's UV cure ovens also effectively block extraneous light, while delivering some of the most intense curing capabilities available in the industry.
