Futansi introduces the UVSP81T-2020, a UV curing system that merges the adaptability of previous models with enhanced expansion features. This system consists of a user-friendly touchscreen controller and a high-intensity LED emitter with a distinctive design. Over a 20 mm x 20 mm area, it offers superior uniformity and consistent curing energy compared to conventional systems. The curing energy is precision-controlled by a microprocessor within the LED chip.
This innovative design permits ultimate customization, with a choice of three wavelength LED emitters (365, 385, 395, or 405 nm) and the freedom to adjust the curing area's size and pattern. It offers versatile setup options, suitable for both bench-top operation and automated processes, where the emitter can be mounted onto robotic arms or at a distance from the controller without intensity reduction.
The system features two operational modes:
- Admin Mode: Provides full device control for setting curing time and intensity cycles, allowing users to program and save specific curing profiles for future use.
- Production Mode: Offers a simplified interface for manufacturing staff to operate with ease.
The complete UVSP81T system includes a controller/power supply and LED emitter, with wavelengths of 365, 385, 395, and 405 nm available. Various accessories can be integrated for specialized applications, and components are sold individually. Futansi provides a one-year warranty against material and workmanship defects from the purchase date.
